ET’s Observation
HELLO EVERYONE!
My name is ERIC TIN, but you can just call me ET.
I’m from a tiny planet which is 3500 light years from solar system. You must be curious why I came to such a remote place.
But don’t worry. I’m not here to invade you. In fact, I am here to observe you in order to complete my thesis.
At first, I thought humans are heartless and violent. They left their compatriot starving to death.
They like to fight about something called “money” and their leaders are often corrupt.
However, I saw something really interesting these days.
A so-called earthquake and tsunami devastated Japan and caused considerable damages.
The houses collapsed and the civilians were left homeless.
Though at the mercy of the natural disaster, calm, order, and the right etiquette came to my sight instead of whining and riot.
And the other countries donated their money with out hesitation at the mention of the disaster.
Then, as the proverb goes “Misfortunes never come singly.” The most shocking thing is the explosion of the nuclear power plant. It gave off fatal radiation which put the whole wold in panic.
I expected humans would have run away for their life and abandoned their country. Much to my disbelief, many of them volunteered to cool down the reactor at their own risk to exposure to the radiation.
During my observation, this is certainly the most impressive. It reintroduced human in a different light which change my attitude toward humans, I’m sure that I’ll have an exceptional thesis.
